Baby Contrast（以下「本アプリ」）は、個人情報を収集せず、利用者のデータを外部に送信しません。本ポリシーは、本アプリの情報の取り扱いについて説明します。
本アプリは、氏名・メールアドレス・電話番号などの個人を特定できる情報を収集しません。アカウント登録やログインは不要です。
赤ちゃんの月齢の区分、入力した場合の生年月日、音や触覚、休憩の案内、自動再生などの設定は、利用者の端末内に保存され、開発者や第三者のサーバーには送信されません。アプリを削除すると、端末内のデータも削除されます。設定の「Reset app」でも、この端末の設定を消せます（購入には影響しません）。iPhone 本体のバックアップ（iCloud やパソコン）を使っている場合は、OS の機能としてデータがそのバックアップに含まれることがあります。開発者はその内容を見ることができません。
カードの音は端末内で再生され、マイクは使いません。印刷用カードのPDFは、利用者が操作したときだけ端末内で作成され、共有シートで渡します。
本アプリは、位置情報・カメラ・写真・マイク・連絡先・ヘルスケアのデータにアクセスしません。
「見え方が変わる日」のリマインドをオンにしたときだけ、生後3か月・6か月の節目に端末内で作るローカル通知を送ります。設定はアプリ内と端末の設定から変更できます。
本アプリは開発者のサーバーと通信せず、利用者のデータを外部に送信しません。購入や購入状態の確認では、iOS が Apple の App Store と通信します。外部のページはリンクを開いたときにのみ表示します。
全カードの解放の購入は Apple の App内課金を通じて行われます。決済は Apple が処理し、開発者がクレジットカード番号などの支払い情報を受け取ることはありません。
本アプリは、第三者の解析ツール、広告SDK、トラッキング技術を使用していません。利用者のデータを第三者に提供することもありません。
本アプリは赤ちゃんに見せるカードを保護者が操作するものです。赤ちゃんや保護者の個人情報を収集しません。生年月日は入力しなくても使え、入力した場合も端末内にのみ保存します。
本ポリシーは、機能追加や法令の変更に応じて改定することがあります。改定した場合は、本ページの更新日を変更します。

Baby Contrast does not collect personal information and does not send your data anywhere. This policy explains how the app handles information.
The app does not collect personal information such as your name, email address, or phone number. No account or login is required.
Your data, including your baby's age stage, the birthday if you enter one, and settings such as sound, haptics, break reminders, and auto play, is stored on your device and is never sent to the developer or to third-party servers. Deleting the app deletes this data. You can also clear these settings with Reset App in Settings. This does not affect your purchase. If you use iPhone backups through iCloud or a computer, iOS may include this data in them. The developer cannot see it.
Card sounds are played on the device, and the microphone is never used. A printable card PDF is created on your device only when you ask for it, and is passed to the iOS share sheet.
The app does not access your location, camera, photos, microphone, contacts, or health data.
If you turn on the vision milestone reminder, the app creates local notifications on your device for the 3-month and 6-month milestones. You can change this in the app or in iOS Settings.
The app does not communicate with any developer server and does not send your data anywhere. iOS contacts Apple's App Store for purchases and to check purchase status. Web pages open only when you tap a link.
The Unlock All Cards purchase is purchased through Apple's in-app purchase system. Apple processes the payment, and the developer never receives your card or other payment details.
The app contains no third-party analytics, advertising SDKs, or tracking, and does not share your data with third parties.
Parents use the app to show cards to their baby. The app collects no personal information about babies or parents. The birthday is optional and, if entered, stays on the device.
