本利用規約（以下「本規約」）は、Baby Contrast（以下「本アプリ」）の利用条件を定めるものです。利用者は、本アプリを利用することで本規約に同意したものとみなされます。
本アプリは、保護者が赤ちゃんと一緒に高コントラストのカードを見て遊ぶためのアプリです。
本アプリは医療機器や教育プログラムではなく、視力や発達を診断・評価するものではありません。特定の発達効果を保証するものでもありません。必ず保護者がそばで見守り、短い時間で使ってください。お子さまの見え方や発達で気になることは、小児科医などの専門家にご相談ください。
月齢に応じた色の切り替えや案内は、一般的な目安です。本アプリは現状のまま提供され、特定の結果や効果を保証しません。本アプリの利用に起因する損害について、開発者は法令で認められる範囲で責任を負いません。
本アプリのデータは利用者の端末内に保存されます（詳細はプライバシーポリシーをご覧ください）。入力内容の正確性は利用者の責任です。端末の故障・紛失やアプリの削除などによるデータの消失について、開発者は法令で認められる範囲で責任を負いません。
本アプリは無料でダウンロードでき、すべてのカード、自動再生、印刷用カードは買い切りのApp内課金「全カードの解放」で利用できます。サブスクリプションではなく、自動更新はありません。購入は同じ Apple アカウントで「購入を復元」から復元できます。購入・返金の手続きと条件は Apple（App Store）の規約に従います。
本アプリの複製・改変・リバースエンジニアリング、および法令や公序良俗に反する利用を禁止します。
本アプリとそのコンテンツ（デザイン・文章・アイコン等）に関する権利は、開発者または正当な権利者に帰属します。
本規約は必要に応じて改定することがあります。改定後の規約は、本ページに掲載した時点で効力を生じます。
本規約は日本法に準拠します。本アプリの利用には Apple の標準使用許諾契約（Standard EULA）も適用され、本規約と矛盾する場合は当該EULAが優先します。

These terms set out the conditions for using Baby Contrast. By using the app, you agree to them.
The app lets parents enjoy high-contrast cards together with their baby.
The app is not a medical device or an educational program. It does not assess your baby's vision or development, is not a substitute for a pediatrician or other professional, and makes no promise of any developmental benefit. Always stay with your baby and keep sessions short. Talk to your pediatrician about any concerns with your baby's vision or development.
Age-based color stages and tips are general guides only. The app is provided as is, and no particular result is guaranteed. To the extent permitted by law, the developer is not liable for damages arising from its use.
Your data is stored on your device (see the Privacy Policy). You are responsible for the accuracy of what you enter. To the extent permitted by law, the developer is not responsible for data lost through device failure, device loss, or deleting the app.
The app is free to download. The Unlock All Cards purchase, a one-time in-app purchase, unlocks all cards, auto play, and printable cards. It is not a subscription and does not renew. You can restore it with the same Apple account using Restore Purchases. Purchases and refunds follow Apple's App Store terms.
Do not copy, modify, or reverse engineer the app, or use it in a way that breaks the law or public order. Rights in the app and its content, including its design, text, and icon, belong to the developer or their rightful owners.
These terms may be updated as needed. Updated terms take effect once posted on this page.
These terms are governed by the laws of Japan. Apple's Standard EULA also applies to your use of the app and takes precedence if it conflicts with these terms.
