本利用規約（以下「本規約」）は、Contrast（以下「本アプリ」）の利用条件を定めるものです。利用者は、本アプリを利用することで本規約に同意したものとみなされます。
本アプリは、サウナと冷水浴（コントラスト浴）のセッションを記録・可視化することを目的としたツールです。本アプリが提供する情報や機能は参考としてご利用いただくものであり、専門的な助言・診断・治療等の代替となるものではありません。
温冷交代浴・冷水浴には健康上のリスクが伴う場合があります。持病のある方、妊娠中の方、体調に不安のある方は、実施前に医師にご相談ください。本アプリは記録ツールであり、実施方法や安全性を保証するものではありません。
本アプリが表示する情報（時間・温度・統計・通知の内容等）は、利用者を支援する目的で提供される参考情報です。本アプリの利用によって特定の効果や健康上の結果が得られることを保証するものではありません。本アプリの利用に起因して生じたいかなる損害についても、開発者は責任を負いかねます。
本アプリのデータは利用者の端末内に保存されます（詳細はプライバシーポリシーを参照）。利用者が入力・記録する内容の正確性は利用者の責任に基づきます。端末の故障・紛失・アプリの削除等によるデータの消失について、開発者は責任を負いません。
本アプリは買い切りの有料アプリであり、アプリ内課金・サブスクリプションはありません。購入・返金の手続きおよび条件は、Apple（App Store）の規約・ポリシーに従います。
利用者は、本アプリの複製・改変・リバースエンジニアリング、法令や公序良俗に反する利用を行ってはなりません。
本アプリおよびこれに付随するコンテンツ（デザイン・文章・アイコン等）に関する権利は、開発者または正当な権利者に帰属します。
本規約は、必要に応じて改定されることがあります。改定後の規約は本ページに掲載した時点で効力を生じます。
本規約は日本法に準拠します。なお、本アプリの利用には Apple の標準使用許諾契約（Apple Standard EULA）も適用されます。本規約と当該EULAが矛盾する場合、当該EULAが優先します。

These Terms govern your use of Contrast (the "App"). By using the App you agree to these Terms.
Health notice: Contrast bathing and cold-water immersion can carry health risks. If you have a medical condition, are pregnant, or have any health concerns, consult a physician before practicing. The App is a logging tool and does not guarantee the method or safety of any practice.
Disclaimer: Information shown by the App (time, temperature, statistics, notifications) is provided for reference to support you. The App does not guarantee any specific outcome or health result. The developer is not liable for any damages arising from use of the App.
Data: App data is stored on your device (see the Privacy Policy). You are responsible for the accuracy of your records. The developer is not liable for data loss due to device failure, loss, or app deletion.
Pricing: Contrast is a one-time paid app with no in-app purchases or subscriptions. Purchases and refunds follow Apple's App Store terms.
Governing law & EULA: These Terms are governed by the laws of Japan. Apple's Standard EULA also applies; if it conflicts with these Terms, the Apple Standard EULA prevails.
