本利用規約（以下「本規約」）は、DicePool（以下「本アプリ」）の利用条件を定めるものです。利用者は、本アプリを利用することで本規約に同意したものとみなされます。
本アプリは、テーブルトークRPGなどのダイスプールの確率を計算するためのツールです。
確率は、選んだルールと公平なダイスを前提にした計算結果で、実際の出目を予測するものではありません。ゲームの判定は各ゲームのルールと参加者の取り決めに従ってください。プリセットに含まれるゲーム名の権利は各権利者に帰属し、本アプリはそれらの権利者と提携していません。本アプリは現状のまま提供され、特定の結果や効果を保証しません。本アプリの利用に起因する損害について、開発者は法令で認められる範囲で責任を負いません。
本アプリのデータは利用者の端末内に保存されます（詳細はプライバシーポリシーをご覧ください）。入力内容の正確性は利用者の責任です。端末の故障・紛失やアプリの削除などによるデータの消失について、開発者は法令で認められる範囲で責任を負いません。
本アプリは無料でダウンロードでき、14日間無料で試せます。試用期間の終了後も使い続けるには、買い切りのApp内課金「DicePool Pro」が必要です。試用期間が終わっても自動で課金されることはなく、サブスクリプションでもありません。購入は同じ Apple アカウントで復元できます。本アプリが有料アプリだった時期に購入した方は、追加料金なしですべての機能を使えます。購入・返金の手続きと条件は Apple（App Store）の規約に従います。
本アプリの複製・改変・リバースエンジニアリング、および法令や公序良俗に反する利用を禁止します。
本アプリとそのコンテンツ（デザイン・文章・アイコン等）に関する権利は、開発者または正当な権利者に帰属します。
本規約は必要に応じて改定することがあります。改定後の規約は、本ページに掲載した時点で効力を生じます。
本規約は日本法に準拠します。本アプリの利用には Apple の標準使用許諾契約（Standard EULA）も適用され、本規約と矛盾する場合は当該EULAが優先します。

These terms set out the conditions for using DicePool. By using the app, you agree to them.
The app calculates probabilities for dice pools used in tabletop games.
Probabilities are calculated from the rules you choose and assume fair dice. They do not tell you what any actual roll will show. Follow your game's rules and your group's decisions. Game names in the presets belong to their owners, and the app is not affiliated with them. The app is provided as is, and no particular result is guaranteed. To the extent permitted by law, the developer is not liable for damages arising from its use.
Your data is stored on your device (see the Privacy Policy). You are responsible for the accuracy of what you enter. To the extent permitted by law, the developer is not responsible for data lost through device failure, device loss, or deleting the app.
The app is free to download and includes a 14-day free trial. To keep using it after the trial, you need DicePool Pro, a one-time in-app purchase. You are never charged automatically when the trial ends, and this is not a subscription. You can restore the purchase with the same Apple account. If you bought the app while it was a paid download, you keep every feature at no extra cost. Purchases and refunds follow Apple's App Store terms.
Do not copy, modify, or reverse engineer the app, or use it in a way that breaks the law or public order. Rights in the app and its content, including its design, text, and icon, belong to the developer or their rightful owners.
These terms may be updated as needed. Updated terms take effect once posted on this page.
These terms are governed by the laws of Japan. Apple's Standard EULA also applies to your use of the app and takes precedence if it conflicts with these terms.
