本利用規約（以下「本規約」）は、DoseMate（以下「本アプリ」）の利用条件を定めるものです。利用者は、本アプリを利用することで本規約に同意したものとみなされます。
本アプリは、水草水槽の肥料（乾燥塩など）の量と、RO/DI水の再ミネラル化に使う量を計算するためのツールです。
計算結果は水草水槽の施肥に限って使う目安です。投入前に必ず数値と製品の表示を確認してください。グラム表示を基準とし、小さじの換算は概算です。実際の結果は、水槽の状態、水質、生体、製品によって変わります。水草や生体への効果や安全を保証するものではなく、飲用水、調理、人や動物の健康に関する用途には使わないでください。薬品は製品の注意書きに従って扱ってください。
本アプリは現状のまま提供され、特定の結果や効果を保証しません。本アプリの利用に起因する損害について、開発者は法令で認められる範囲で責任を負いません。
本アプリのデータは利用者の端末内に保存されます（詳細はプライバシーポリシーをご覧ください）。入力内容の正確性は利用者の責任です。端末の故障・紛失やアプリの削除などによるデータの消失について、開発者は法令で認められる範囲で責任を負いません。
本アプリは無料でダウンロードでき、追加の施肥方式、ストック液の計算、RO/DI再ミネラル化、目標ppmの逆算、無制限の水槽プロファイルは買い切りのApp内課金「DoseMate Pro」で利用できます。サブスクリプションではなく、自動更新はありません。購入は同じ Apple アカウントで「購入を復元」から復元できます。購入・返金の手続きと条件は Apple（App Store）の規約に従います。
本アプリの複製・改変・リバースエンジニアリング、および法令や公序良俗に反する利用を禁止します。
本アプリとそのコンテンツ（デザイン・文章・アイコン等）に関する権利は、開発者または正当な権利者に帰属します。
本規約は必要に応じて改定することがあります。改定後の規約は、本ページに掲載した時点で効力を生じます。
本規約は日本法に準拠します。本アプリの利用には Apple の標準使用許諾契約（Standard EULA）も適用され、本規約と矛盾する場合は当該EULAが優先します。

These terms set out the conditions for using DoseMate. By using the app, you agree to them.
The app calculates fertilizer amounts for planted aquariums, and mineral amounts for remineralizing RO/DI water.
Results are estimates for planted aquarium fertilizing only. Check the numbers and the product label before dosing. Grams are the reference, and teaspoon figures are approximate. Actual results depend on your tank, water, livestock, and products. The app does not guarantee the health or safety of plants or livestock, and it is not a substitute for a qualified aquatic professional or veterinarian. Do not use it for drinking water, cooking, or human or animal health. Handle chemicals as their labels direct.
The app is provided as is, and no particular result is guaranteed. To the extent permitted by law, the developer is not liable for damages arising from its use.
Your data is stored on your device (see the Privacy Policy). You are responsible for the accuracy of what you enter. To the extent permitted by law, the developer is not responsible for data lost through device failure, device loss, or deleting the app.
The app is free to download. DoseMate Pro, a one-time in-app purchase, unlocks additional dosing methods, stock-solution dosing, RO/DI remineralization, the target-ppm solver, and unlimited tank profiles. It is not a subscription and does not renew. You can restore it with the same Apple account using Restore Purchases. Purchases and refunds follow Apple's App Store terms.
Do not copy, modify, or reverse engineer the app, or use it in a way that breaks the law or public order. Rights in the app and its content, including its design, text, and icon, belong to the developer or their rightful owners.
These terms may be updated as needed. Updated terms take effect once posted on this page.
These terms are governed by the laws of Japan. Apple's Standard EULA also applies to your use of the app and takes precedence if it conflicts with these terms.
