These Terms of Use (the "Terms") set out the conditions for using EarType (the "App"). By using the App, you are deemed to have agreed to these Terms.

1. Purpose of the App

The App is a tool for practicing listening and dictation of a chosen learning language. Its content is provided for study and reference and is not a substitute for professional instruction, certification, or advice.

2. Disclaimer

Information shown by the App (scoring, statistics, example sentences, and so on) is reference material intended to support your practice. The App does not guarantee any specific results. The developer is not liable for any damages arising from use of the App.

3. User Data

The App's data is stored on your device (see the Privacy Policy for details). You are responsible for the accuracy of what you enter. The developer is not responsible for data loss due to device failure, loss, or deletion of the App.

4. Purchases

The App is free to download. It offers a one-time, non-consumable In-App Purchase that unlocks all content. There is a limited free trial; after it ends, unlocking requires this purchase. Purchase and refund procedures follow the rules and policies of Apple (the App Store). A purchase can be restored on your other devices via "Restore Purchase."

5. Prohibited Conduct

You may not copy, modify, or reverse-engineer the App, or use it in a manner that violates laws or public order.

6. Intellectual Property

Rights to the App and its associated content (design, text, icons, and so on) belong to the developer or the rightful rights holders.

7. Changes to These Terms

These Terms may be revised as necessary. Revised Terms take effect when posted on this page.

8. Governing Law and EULA

These Terms are governed by the laws of Japan. Apple's Standard End User License Agreement (Apple Standard EULA) also applies to use of the App. If these Terms conflict with that EULA, the EULA prevails.

本利用規約は、EarType（以下「本アプリ」）の利用条件を定めるものです。利用者は本アプリを利用することで本規約に同意したものとみなされます。

1. 本アプリの目的

本アプリは、選択した言語のリスニング・ディクテーション練習を行うためのツールです。内容は学習・参考用であり、専門的な指導・資格・助言の代替ではありません。

2. 免責事項

本アプリが表示する情報（採点・統計・例文等）は学習支援のための参考情報です。特定の効果を保証するものではなく、利用に起因する損害について開発者は責任を負いません。

3. 利用データ

データは端末内に保存されます（詳細はプライバシーポリシー参照）。端末の故障・紛失・アプリ削除によるデータ消失について開発者は責任を負いません。

4. 料金・課金

本アプリは無料でダウンロードでき、全コンテンツを解放する買い切り（非消耗型）のApp内課金を提供します。無料お試し期間の終了後は本課金で解放します。購入・返金は Apple（App Store）の規約に従い、「購入を復元」で他の端末にも引き継げます。

5. 禁止事項・知的財産

本アプリの複製・改変・リバースエンジニアリング、法令違反の利用を禁じます。本アプリの権利は開発者または正当な権利者に帰属します。

6. 準拠法・EULA

本規約は日本法に準拠し、Apple 標準使用許諾契約（EULA）も適用されます。矛盾する場合はEULAが優先します。
