These Terms of Use (the “Terms”) govern your use of PuzzleForge (the “App”). By using the App you agree to these Terms.
The App is an offline utility that helps you with everyday tasks. Its output is provided for reference only and is not a substitute for professional advice, diagnosis or treatment.
Figures produced by the App are estimates. Check them against your own situation before relying on them.
You are granted a personal, non-transferable license to use the App on devices you own or control, in accordance with the App Store Terms of Service.
All App data is stored only on your device (see the Privacy Policy). You are responsible for the accuracy of what you enter, and for having the right to use any content you import. The developer cannot recover data lost through device failure, device loss, or deletion of the App, and is not responsible for such loss. Please keep your own backups of anything important.
The App is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy and non-infringement. The developer does not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that it will meet your requirements.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the developer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for any loss of data or lost profits, arising out of or in connection with your use of the App. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so parts of this section may not apply to you.
The App is a one-time purchase from the App Store. It contains no in-app purchases and no subscriptions. All payments, refunds and re-downloads are handled by Apple under the App Store’s terms and policies.
You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer or redistribute the App, or use it in violation of applicable law.
The App and its content (design, text, icons, bundled data) belong to the developer or their respective rights holders.
These Terms may be revised from time to time. Revised Terms take effect when posted on this page.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Japan, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Apple’s Standard End User License Agreement also applies to your use of the App; if these Terms conflict with that EULA, the EULA prevails.
