DualShot (the “App”) is designed with your privacy in mind. Our core principle is that the App does not collect any personal information and does not send your data anywhere. This policy explains how the App handles information.

1. Information We Collect

The App does not collect any personally identifiable information such as your name, email address, or phone number. No account or sign-in is required.

2. Camera and Microphone

The App uses your device’s cameras and microphone only to record video inside the App. All recording and video processing happen entirely on your device. Your camera and microphone feeds are never transmitted to the developer or any third party.

3. Photos

With your permission, videos you record are saved to your device’s Photos (Camera Roll). The App only adds videos you create; it does not read or upload your existing photos or videos.

4. Data Storage

Your recordings and settings are stored only on your device. They are never sent to or stored on the developer’s or any third party’s servers. Deleting the App removes its data from your device.

5. Location, Analytics, and Advertising

The App does not access your location and does not use any third-party analytics, advertising SDKs, or tracking technologies.

6. Purchases

The App is a one-time paid purchase made through the App Store. Payment is processed by Apple, and the developer never receives your payment details. Please refer to Apple’s Privacy Policy for how purchases are handled.

7. Children

The App follows the age rating shown on the App Store.

8. Changes to This Policy

This policy may be updated as features or laws change. Significant changes will be reflected by updating the date at the top of this page.

リアク撮り（以下「本アプリ」）は、利用者のプライバシーを尊重して設計されています。本アプリは、個人情報を収集せず、外部に送信しないことを基本方針としています。

1. 収集する情報

本アプリは、氏名・メールアドレス・電話番号などの個人を特定できる情報を一切収集しません。アカウント登録やログインは不要です。

2. カメラ・マイク

本アプリは、アプリ内で動画を録画するためだけに端末のカメラとマイクを使用します。録画および映像の処理はすべて端末内で完結し、カメラ・マイクの映像が開発者や第三者に送信されることはありません。

3. 写真

利用者の許可のもと、録画した動画は端末の写真（カメラロール）に保存されます。本アプリは利用者が作成した動画を追加保存するのみで、既存の写真・動画を読み取ったり送信したりすることはありません。

4. データの保存場所

録画データや設定はすべて利用者の端末内にのみ保存されます。開発者や第三者のサーバーに送信・保存されることはありません。アプリを削除するとデータも削除されます。

5. 位置情報・解析・広告

本アプリは、位置情報を取得せず、第三者の解析ツール・広告SDK・トラッキング技術を一切使用していません。

6. 購入について

本アプリは App Store を通じた買い切り（有料）アプリです。決済は Apple が処理し、開発者が支払い情報を受け取ることはありません。

7. お子様の利用について

本アプリの年齢区分は App Store の表示に従います。

8. 本ポリシーの変更

本ポリシーは、機能追加や法令の変更に応じて改定されることがあります。重要な変更がある場合は本ページの更新日を改めます。
