These Terms of Use (the “Terms”) govern your use of DualShot (the “App”). By using the App, you agree to these Terms.

1. The App

The App records the front and back cameras at the same time into a single video. Recording is performed on your device.

2. Disclaimer

The App is provided “as is.” The developer does not guarantee that the App will be error-free or uninterrupted, and is not liable for any damages arising from the use of the App, to the extent permitted by law.

3. Your Content and Data

Videos you record are stored on your device (see the Privacy Policy). You are responsible for the content you record and for complying with the rights and privacy of others who may appear in your recordings, as well as with applicable laws where you use the App. The developer is not responsible for loss of data due to device failure, loss, or deletion of the App.

4. Purchases

The App is a one-time paid purchase. Purchases and refunds are handled under the terms and policies of Apple (the App Store).

5. Prohibited Use

You may not copy, modify, or reverse-engineer the App, or use it in any way that violates laws or the rights of others.

6. Intellectual Property

All rights in the App and its content (design, text, icons, etc.) belong to the developer or the rightful owners.

7. Changes

These Terms may be revised as needed. Revised Terms take effect when posted on this page.

8. Governing Law and EULA

These Terms are governed by the laws of Japan. Apple’s Standard End User License Agreement (EULA) also applies to your use of the App. If these Terms conflict with that EULA, the EULA prevails.

利用規約

アプリ名：リアク撮り（DualShot）　／　最終更新日：2026年7月8日

本利用規約（以下「本規約」）は、リアク撮り（以下「本アプリ」）の利用条件を定めるものです。利用者は、本アプリを利用することで本規約に同意したものとみなされます。

1. 本アプリについて

本アプリは、前後のカメラを同時に録画して1本の動画にするツールです。録画は利用者の端末上で行われます。

2. 免責事項

本アプリは現状有姿で提供されます。開発者は本アプリが無誤謬・無中断であることを保証せず、本アプリの利用に起因して生じたいかなる損害についても、法令の許す範囲で責任を負いません。

3. 利用者のコンテンツ・データ

録画した動画は利用者の端末内に保存されます（詳細はプライバシーポリシーを参照）。録画する内容、および録画に写り込む他者の権利・プライバシーの尊重、利用地域の法令の遵守は利用者の責任に基づきます。端末の故障・紛失・アプリの削除等によるデータ消失について、開発者は責任を負いません。

4. 料金・課金

本アプリは買い切り（有料）です。購入・返金の手続きおよび条件は、Apple（App Store）の規約・ポリシーに従います。

5. 禁止事項

利用者は、本アプリの複製・改変・リバースエンジニアリング、法令や他者の権利に反する利用を行ってはなりません。

6. 知的財産権

本アプリおよび付随するコンテンツ（デザイン・文章・アイコン等）に関する権利は、開発者または正当な権利者に帰属します。

7. 規約の変更

本規約は必要に応じて改定されることがあります。改定後の規約は本ページに掲載した時点で効力を生じます。

8. 準拠法・EULA

本規約は日本法に準拠します。本アプリの利用には Apple の標準使用許諾契約（Apple Standard EULA）も適用され、矛盾する場合は当該EULAが優先します。
