These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of ReorderIQ (the "App"). By using the App, you agree to these Terms.
The App is a planning tool that calculates Economic Order Quantity, reorder points, and safety stock from numbers you enter. The figures the App produces are estimates to support your own purchasing decisions — they are not a guarantee against stockouts or overstock, and are not a substitute for professional inventory, accounting, or business advice.
All results shown by the App (order quantities, reorder points, safety stock, projected dates, etc.) are calculated from the values you provide and are for reference only. The App does not guarantee any particular business outcome. The developer is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of the App or reliance on its calculations.
Your data is stored only on your device (see the Privacy Policy for details). You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you enter. The developer is not responsible for data loss due to device failure, loss, or deletion of the App.
ReorderIQ is sold as a one-time purchase through the App Store. There are no subscriptions and no in-app purchases. Purchases and refunds are handled by Apple under Apple's own terms and policies.
You may not copy, modify, or reverse-engineer the App, or use it in any way that violates applicable law.
All rights in the App and its content (design, text, icons, etc.) belong to the developer or its licensors.
These Terms may be revised from time to time. Revised Terms take effect once posted on this page.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Japan. Your use of the App is also subject to Apple's Standard End User License Agreement (EULA). If these Terms conflict with that EULA, the EULA controls.
