本利用規約（以下「本規約」）は、Ski Edge（以下「本アプリ」）のご利用について定めるものです。 本アプリをご利用になることで、本規約に同意したものとみなされます。
Ski Edge は、スキーヤー・スノーボーダー・チューナーのための、ポケットサイズのエッジ角計算アプリです。本アプリは、ご自身の参考・練習のために提供されるものであり、専門家の助言・診断・治療の代わりになるものではありません。
本アプリが表示する数値・計算結果・統計・提案は、すべて参考情報です。 間違いが損害・損失・けがにつながりうる用途に用いる前に、ご自身の状況、メーカーの資料、 お客様に適用される規則と必ず照らし合わせてご確認ください。
お客様には、App Store の利用規約に従い、お客様が所有または管理する端末で本アプリを利用するための、 譲渡不能・個人的なライセンスが付与されます。
本アプリのデータはすべてお使いの端末内にのみ保存されます（プライバシーポリシー参照）。 入力した内容、および取り込んだコンテンツを利用する権利については、お客様の責任となります。 端末の故障・紛失、本アプリの削除によって失われたデータを開発者が復元することはできず、その損失について責任を負いません。 大切なものは、お客様ご自身でバックアップを取ってください。
本アプリは「現状のまま」「提供可能な範囲で」提供され、明示・黙示を問わずいかなる保証も行いません。 商品性、特定目的への適合性、正確性、非侵害についての黙示の保証を含みますが、これらに限りません。 開発者は、本アプリが中断しないこと、エラーがないこと、お客様の要求を満たすことを保証しません。
適用される法令が認める最大限の範囲において、開発者は、本アプリの利用に起因または関連して生じた 間接的・付随的・特別・結果的損害、データの喪失、逸失利益について責任を負いません。 一部の法域ではこうした制限が認められないため、本条の一部がお客様に適用されない場合があります。
本アプリは無料でダウンロードでき、すべての機能は買い切りのアプリ内課金で解放されます。サブスクリプションはありません。購入は App Store を通じて Apple が処理し、支払い・返金・再ダウンロードはいずれも App Store の規約と方針に基づいて Apple が扱います。
本アプリの複製・改変・リバースエンジニアリング・再配布、および適用法令に違反する利用はできません。
本アプリおよびその内容（デザイン・文章・アイコン・同梱データ）は、開発者または各権利者に帰属します。
本規約は随時改定される場合があります。改定後の規約は、このページに掲載した時点で効力を持ちます。
本規約は、抵触法の規定によらず日本法に準拠します。お客様の本アプリの利用には Apple の 標準エンドユーザー使用許諾契約（EULA）も適用され、本規約と当該契約が矛盾する場合は、当該契約が優先します。

These Terms of Use (the “Terms”) govern your use of Ski Edge (the “App”). By using the App you agree to these Terms.
Ski Edge is a pocket edge-angle calculator for skiers, snowboarders, and tuners. The App is provided for your own reference and practice; it is not a substitute for professional advice, diagnosis or treatment.
Any figures, calculations, statistics or suggestions shown by the App are for reference only. Check them against your own situation, and against manufacturer data and any rules that apply to you, before relying on them for anything where a mistake could cause loss, damage or injury.
You are granted a personal, non-transferable license to use the App on devices you own or control, in accordance with the App Store Terms of Service.
All App data is stored only on your device (see the Privacy Policy). You are responsible for what you enter, and for having the right to use any content you import. The developer cannot recover data lost through device failure, device loss, or deletion of the App, and is not responsible for such loss. Please keep your own backups of anything important.
The App is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy and non-infringement. The developer does not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that it will meet your requirements.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the developer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for any loss of data or lost profits, arising out of or in connection with your use of the App. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so parts of this section may not apply to you.
The App is free to download, and full use is unlocked with a one-time in-app purchase. There are no subscriptions. Purchases are processed by Apple through the App Store, and payments, refunds and re-downloads are handled by Apple under the App Store’s terms and policies.
You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer or redistribute the App, or use it in violation of applicable law.
The App and its content (design, text, icons, bundled data) belong to the developer or their respective rights holders.
These Terms may be revised from time to time. Revised Terms take effect when posted on this page.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Japan, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Apple’s Standard End User License Agreement also applies to your use of the App; if these Terms conflict with that agreement, that agreement prevails.
